Cancellation Policy
Please be aware of our “No Show Policy”
The first “no show” clients will receive a phone call to reschedule the appointment 10-15 minutes after the scheduled appointment time. At this time the client will be advised that if they have a second “no show” (within 12 months) they will be required to prepay for exams.
The second “no show” clients will receive a phone call to reschedule the appointment 10-15 minutes after the scheduled appointment time. At this time the client will be advised that they will have to prepay for the rescheduled exam and all future exams for the next 12 months. The prepaid amount will stay on the client’s account until they come in for the next scheduled appointment. If the client “no show” for the rescheduled appointment the prepayment will be forfeited.
